Shared photos and testimonials from Sucre/Duelly and Holly/Duelly families. I keep in contact with most of my puppy owners and all of them are very happy with their dogs. Great temperment , very loving, sweet dogs. I'm very proud of our puppies, and so happy with their owners who love them so much: )

Sucre/Duelly's Fiona AKA Ms. Yellow 6 mos. old
Fiona (AKA Ms. Yellow) with her human dad.
Our little puppy is now over a year old, and she is quite a big girl now at 75 lbs.! Fiona is our pride and joy, and a delight to all who have the privilege of meeting her. Los Gatos is a very pet friendly town, and Fiona has met many canine and human friends on her twice daily walks to the park with Ralph. Even the nannies at the park know Fiona by name. Recently, she played with our mayor's 13 year old yellow lab!
Fiona is cheerful, gentle, playful, and very funny. Her antics make us laugh every day. She is eager to learn and never forgets---she even knows commands in sign language! She is loyal and courageous, yet mellow and (usually) obedient. Miss Fiona has a stubborn streak, and she seems to put everything in her mouth ---animal, vegetable and mineral---which drives me crazy.
During the summer, our vet asked us if Scout and Fiona would star in an online film for his practice because our dogs were "so beautiful and so well behaved." Fiona was quite a ham during the filming, jumping into the pool immediately and then running in the dirt. So much for beautiful...she and Scout were covered in mud after about 5 minutes. So much for well behaved...they almost crashed into all the cameras. I overheard the cameraman muttering something to himself about people being "easier to film than animals". I couldn't stop laughing!
Thank you, Shirley, for entrusting us with dear Fiona. She is very special and we love her very much, and we will always take good care of her.
Best wishes to you and your family,
Belle (AKA Ms. Orange)with her family.
Belle swimming in her pool.
Shirley-All we can say is THANK YOU for bringing Belle into our lives. As you can see, she is as beautiful as ever. She is a loving, dutiful, companion who loves going to the beach, taking walks and swimming in the pool. (The photos are of Belle swimming and playing with the kids last week). As for her personality, she is happy, curious, and playful. She loves anything having to do with water – showers, sprinklers, pools, puddles. Surprisingly, there is a guarding instinct in her I never knew existed. She is extremely overprotective when the kids are in the pool and often jumps in to try and retrieve them when they are in the middle of the pool. I will send you more photos as we get them. Zeke (aka Mr. Orange)
I have attached pictures of Zeke taken today. He is quite a big boy now and has turned into a joyful addition to our family.
Sucre/Duelly's Sadie *Aqua girl)
Sadie (Aqua girl) loves water and mud.
Sadie playing near her pond.
Sadie is growing up to be an amazing dog, turning heads wherever she goes! She loves water more than anything and spends hours swimming in the pond on our property. Here she is posing with here best friend "Teacup" (my little Chihuahua/Jack Russell).she has never had a single accident in the house (seriously!). She is one of the most intelligent dogs I have ever known. Her only "fault" is jumping up on people (especially when she is nice and muddy). She loves water and baths, but hates being sprayed with the hose, so that has become an humane, but effective tool to train her not to jump up. She will have it all figured out in no time. Thanks for breeding such a quality dog. Lisa .

Shiloh and my daughter Kara her mom.
Dogs are said to be "Man's best friend," and for the first time, I've got to experience this with my Shiloh! She is such a beautiful, sweet-natured dog and a truly loyal companion. She loves going to the beach, swimming, hiking, and of course, cuddling. She has also had a blast getting to play with the puppies from this recent litter. Everyone always comments on how well-behaved and mellow she is for being such a young dog (her baby sitter, aka grandma might be able to tell you otherwise). Shiloh has truly been a blessing to my life and I look forward to many more years with my "best friend."
P.S. Thanks for the great family discount.
Chester AKA Mr. Red at home.
Chester (Mr. Red)
I have attached photos of Chester; he was almost 9 months old when the
pictures were taken. He is such a wonderful dog. We love him very much.
He is still puppy, but he calms down quickly. Once when I was walking him,
a young boy wanted to pet him. Chester was excited, but the boy sat down on the
sidewalk, and Chester laid down next to him, and calmly let the young boy pet
him. It was wonderful to see.
Chester is a wonderful addition to our family, thank you.

Rugby one year photo
Rugby(Mr.Yellow) at the beach
Rugby is the most amazing dog we could have ever wished for... People stop us all the time and comment on what a great temperament he has and how cute he is and we love him so much! Really - he is SUCH a good boy. The best.
We even got propositioned by someone walking down the street with a female golden/ half english retreiver.
Here are a couple photos from his birthday & a daily cuddle. Homemade peanut butter rice puff... He wasn't quite sure about the candle part, but loved the treat!
Thanks again, Anne & Mark
Duffy aka ms. yellow
Duffy's owners came back for another Holly/Duelly pup
Duffy, aka Ms Yellow, is the greatest dog ever. Susan and I are really enjoying her very sweet personality and outgoing spirit of adventure. She has become a "Water Dog" this summer and swims laps with Susan endlessly when not chasing her various water toys. She has really ben a great addition to our family.
I am attaching some photos and will send a follow-up e-mail with a few more. Let us know when the new pups can have visitors. We definitely are interested in seeing them.

Hope all is well with you and Joe and kids
Hayley ms. Blue
Dear Shirley, I have enclosed a few photos of Hayley, some taken a long time ago, none very recent although I have some in my camera but have lost the cable to download them, so as soon as I find it, I will send them on (assuming I have some good ones). We are very happy with Hayley. She is turning into a lovely dog. She is very energetic and learns tricks very quickly. She has been very patient and gentle with our cat who is about 4 months older than she is, but has taken a year to warm to the dog. They are now quite good pals because Hayley has been gentle (most of the time) and tolerated the cat's swats and clawing in order to gain his trust. Hayley is wonderful around other dogs. She is always willing to try to make friends and is never the aggressor. When another dog acts aggressively she seems surprised and just backs away. She is definitely a people dog and needs a lot of love and attention as we discovered when I went away for a week and she didn't get her usual attention and routine and chewed the oriental rug! We didn't take her to obedience training which perhaps we should have, so are still having to tell her to stay down when she gets excited (perhaps this is still the puppy in her though). She was also very mouthy and has a tendency to want to bite as a form of greeting. She will now very often grab a ball or rope in her mouth before she greets us, so that she can't bite. We love Hayley very much. She has a very sweet disposition and we think she is a very beautiful dog. All the best with the new litter. I look forward to hearing about the new pups. Sincerely, Ros Nideffer
Riley one year photo
Shirley & Joe,
As you know, we are very thankful that you decided not to keep Riley as your own.
After losing our Golden, Montana so suddenly, we had no idea that Riley could capture us with such magnitude. He is the most wonderful companion and has had such an impact upon all of us that we truly could not imagine not having him with us. Having had 2 other Goldens previously, we had a pretty good idea as to what to expect, but both MaryAnn and I agree that Riley's intelligence, determination and love have exceeded all expectations. He has such a wonderful personality and demeanor and he is a magnificent treasure for all, including total strangers at the beach or on our morning and evening walks. He knows "everyone", and remembers the houses of his favorite Golden Friends he has met. But he is friends to all dog and cats alike. He continues to be friends with our 2 kitties, although only the black cat appreciates his friendship.
We would love to add another to our home, and only time will tell if we are able to do that, but another brother from Holly would be a spectacular addition to our home.
Thanks again to you and your family for bringing Riley into our home.

Baloo aka mr. green
Baloo after being caught digging.
You know the latest about Baloo. We just love that dog so much. He's the sweetest dog we have ever had. He's pretty well behaved, still a little distracted, but that's a puppy. Looks wise, he's beautiful, sometimes when he's standing there looking at something, you would think you were looking at the standard for Goldens. He looks that pretty. He has his little routines and loves to putter about in the garden with me and Diane. One of his favorite morning things to do is to chase the chickens. He thinks that's a great thing to watch them all flutter about. He also likes to go along for feeding the horses. He tries to get them to play with him, but they mostly just look at him. Of course he is still best friends with Morgan, they just pal around so much. B wishes Morgan could move a little faster, but he always waits for his friend. It's really pretty touching.
I need to take some pictures of him and send them.
Oscar first time in the snow
Hope this e-mail finds you all well. I've been keeping up with you guys through your website and I have to say you guys sell the cutest puppies ever! I noticed that Duelly is now yours, did you adopt him? I would have loved to have met him when we got our Oscar. Speaking of Oscar he is doing really well. We love him to death and he is a hit in the new neighborhood. He gets constant attention and affection. We have since moved from California and we are back in the Boston area. He did wonderful on the cross country trek and now has a new best friend a labradoodle named Snoopy. We live on a dead end street so they roam free and never have to be leashed a plus in his book! I attached a few pictures of him in his first time ever seeing and playing in snow! He is a maniac when it snows and loves being out in it! I can't thank you enough for the wonderful addition to our family. He truly has spoiled me for any other dog we may get in the future.
